Fishcado’s frozen Salmon (Sake) portion comes in eight to twelve ounces, individually vacuumed packed to ensure its freshness. Our portions are hand cut by our professional fishmongers, who carefully select sushi grade premium cuts. Salmon in sushi is highly demanded for its fatty, buttery texture and mild flavor. It has a rich, oily meat with white, fatty bands cutting through its fillet (The bigger this white section is the richer and flavorful the salmon will be). Perfect for eating raw in sashimi, nigiri, in a roll or grilled with teriyaki sauce.
