Our items are delivered free of charge.
Return
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we
require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email us at support@yachtchefgoodsmarket.com. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return, as well as the
name of the boat.
If your return is accepted, we’ll replace your item(s) to a new item(s). You can always contact us for any return question at support@yachtchefgoodsmarket.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approve, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
